10 things I learned in 2019:

  1. Regularly doing special adventures and get-togethers is ALWAYS worth the stress and time it takes to plan them.
  2. What works for you may or may not work for me. 
  3. Regular outside time is a daily necessity for me. I need to be near water; ocean, beach or river.
  4. I force myself to be positive and avoid negative people. It’s draining to be around bad thoughts.
  5. If I don’t have a routine and certain guidelines for myself, I tend to be a big time-waster and not motivated.
  6. I need a goal list filled with things that excite me or that will help to propel me.
  7. Live in the moment with smaller goals that I know I’m going to love. 
  8. I now appreciate that life isn’t a given. I will never ever take my health for granted.
  9. Contentment comes not from reaching certain milestones by certain fixed deadlines in your life, but by learning to appreciate the stage you’re in.
  10. Everyday is special...tomorrow not promised. Wear the jewelry, the shoes, the pretty clothes...feel good about yourself...be humble...make someone else feel good about themselves...be kind...💖
