- Regularly doing special adventures and get-togethers is ALWAYS worth the stress and time it takes to plan them.
- What works for you may or may not work for me.
- Regular outside time is a daily necessity for me. I need to be near water; ocean, beach or river.
- I force myself to be positive and avoid negative people. It’s draining to be around bad thoughts.
- If I don’t have a routine and certain guidelines for myself, I tend to be a big time-waster and not motivated.
- I need a goal list filled with things that excite me or that will help to propel me.
- Live in the moment with smaller goals that I know I’m going to love.
- I now appreciate that life isn’t a given. I will never ever take my health for granted.
- Contentment comes not from reaching certain milestones by certain fixed deadlines in your life, but by learning to appreciate the stage you’re in.
- Everyday is special...tomorrow not promised. Wear the jewelry, the shoes, the pretty clothes...feel good about yourself...be humble...make someone else feel good about themselves...be kind...💖
